  • What is NetZeroBAU

    NetZeroBAU is an eLearning platform that Tracks, records and reports all your CPD credits in one central location. In doing so it removes the arduous task of collating your annual CPD documentation. We update the platform weekly with new content including case studies on projects currently in development by our sister company MosArt. You will be kept up to date with the latest in NetZero and passive house design.

  • Who is NetZeroBAU for?

    NetZeroBAU has been developed with Architects, Engineers and other professionals in the construction industry in mind. However our platform is for anyone with an interest in Net Zero, Passive House or high performance building design. If you are planning a self build or just want to keep up to date with developments in the industry, NetZeroBAU will be a hugely valuable resource for you.

  • How do I sign up?

    To sign up, select one of our subscription plans from our pricing page. Once your payment in processed, you will be sent an order confirmation followed by an invite to log in to our eLearning portal. If you require any assistance while signing up, please reach out to our support team at

  • Is there an app available?

    We're working on it! Currently our platform is browser based and you can access your content from any device.

  • What features are available?

    We have hours of high quality content available across various media sources. From podcasts and webinars to broadcast quality video case studies with quizzes and lots more along the way. Check out our full list of features here.

  • How do I activate my account?

    Your account will be activated as soon as you receive an email from us confirming your account is live. Please email if you are having any issues with logging in.

Payment and Membership

  • How does the membership work?

    A NetZeroBau membership is based on an annual subscription. You can opt to pay in 12 individual installments over a 12 month period or pay the annual charge up front to avail of a reduced price.

  • Can I have an invoice for my subscription?

    Yes of course. Please email to request a full invoice.

  • How does the 7 day free trial work?

    Our 7 day free trial is a one time offer to new subscribers to test out the platform. Payment will be automatically taken after the trial period has ended. It is up to the customer to opt out before this time should they not wish to proceed with the membership. You will be billed on the same day each month based on the first day of the free trial being initiated.

  • How do I upgrade?

    Please email if you wish to upgrade to a higher or lower tiered subscription.

  • Can I avail of additional Live mentoring?

    You can purchase additional mentoring sessions. If you wish to do so please email for further details.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We use Shopify Payments to securely process all payments. We can accept all major credit and debit cards, paypal as well as google and apple pay.

  • Which currency will I be charged in?

    Depending on your habitual geo location you shall be billed in the currency of that country.

  • Can I get a corporate rate?

    If you wish to avail of a corporate/enterprise rate please email There is a minimum of 10 people to avail of this offer.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    Yes you can but the current subscription you have shall run until its termination date 1 year since you first subscribed.
